The idea of creating such a kind of community, was originated on humanistic and democratic-socialist principles, brought to the Middle East in the second half of the 19th century by the Zionist pioneers from Europe and the Soviet Union. Their leadership played later a vital role in the formation of the modern state of Israel. The collective rules in the kibbutzim succeeded particularly until the 1970', when several influences of our contemporary technological era disrupted and changed the course of its goals. Its highest commandment was "to provide to each one according to its needs and receiving from all according to the best of their capacity". At present, although surviving as an independent economic unit, the kibbutz became far weaker and less influent in the Israeli life, due to profound finance and human disturbances, that changed forever its original principles.
